The first Calvin Klein fragrance developed under the new Chief Creative Officer of the house, Raf Simons, comes out in August 2018 and is simply called Calvin Klein Women, advertised with the slogan “I Am Women”. Simons found the concept of the new fragrance in his passion for photography, inspired by the power and strength of women.

The composition promises a floral-woody fragrance of innovative character, developed by perfumers Honorine Blanc and Annick Menardo. The inspiration lays in the beauty, expressiveness and power of a woman’s gaze.
Top notes: eucalyptus, black pepper, citruses
Heart: orange blossom, magnolia, jasmine absolute
Base: cedar from Alaska, olibanum, ambrox
The faces of the new campaign are Oscar-winning actresses Lupita Nyong’o and Saoirse Ronan, as well as the women whom they personally admire – Eartha Kitt and Katharine Hepburn for Lupita, and Nina Simone and Sissy Spacek for Saoirse.
