Order Placement & Acceptance

Order placing is to be done through the “my cart” option, which will generate an email informing us about what you have purchased from the website. You will be sent a confirmation email as an acknowledgment and the product(s) ordered will be dispatched at the soonest. Please take note that international customers shall be given 36 hours from the time of placing an order to make their payment, failing to do so will automatically result in cancellation.

Content Accuracy

Impressive Store ensures that the price and descriptions of all products, published on the website, are error-free. However, the weight and dimensions of the products are an estimated measure of the actual good and packaging may vary from the displayed version. Other than this, the parcel you receive is going to be an exact version of what you order from us online.

Delivery Charges

Customers throughout the nation are provided with the ease of cash on delivery, while international customers are requested to make an advance payment of their purchases through bank transfer, Western Union or Money Gram. Our Delivery Charges for Pakistan are Rs.299 per order.

Shipment

The shipping time for orders across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days, while international customers will have to wait for around 5 to 7 working days to receive their parcel. Unexpected delays can occur due to customs clearance. International customers need to email us the following details according to their chosen mode of payment:

·       Bank Transfer – Order number(s) and transaction slip number.

·       Western Union – Order number(s), sender’s first and last name as mentioned on the Western Union receipt, 10-digit MTCN number. 

·       Money Gram – Order Number(s), sender’s first and last name as mentioned on the Money Gram receipt, 8-digit reference number.

Exchange Policy

We work on a no return policy and sold items are exchangeable only within a timeframe of 5 days. All purchases are non-refundable and only in the case where a good turn out to have defected, the customer will be allowed to exchange it with an item falling in the same or higher price range.

Our Standard Shipping Charges are Rs.299 and Delivery Time within Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days after shipment.

Our Express Fast Delivery Charges are 1000/- Delivery Time Within City Same Day.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PURCHASE?

When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?

Return Policy

At Impressive Store, we guarantee the authenticity of all our branded perfumes. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is shipped.

However, we understand that situations may arise during delivery. We will happily replace your order if:

o   The parcel arrives broken or damaged.

o   The products inside are damaged or leaking.

To request a replacement:

4.     Please provide clear photos as proof of the damage to the packaging and/or products.
